Products & services

sudostore sells hardware, software and services built or configured in South Africa. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are "on request" for custom or made-to-order products.

Orders

Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp, email or in person. A product is considered sold once you and we have agreed on the order and, where applicable, the price. Delivery and collection arrangements are agreed at that point.

Payments

We generally take payment by EFT or cash on collection. Payment options are confirmed per order. Goods are dispatched once payment is received (or arranged between us).

Delivery

Where shipping is agreed, we'll use a courier of our choice and give you a tracking reference where available. Risk passes to you on delivery. We take reasonable care in packaging but aren't liable for courier delays or damage caused in transit.

Software & services

Unless stated otherwise, the software bundled with hardware (such as SudoOS and card read/write tools) is provided as-is and covered by its own open-source licence where applicable. Configuration and support services are performed on a "best effort, to your spec" basis.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profits or downtime.

Legal

These terms are governed by South African law. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of South Africa.
