What this covers
This policy explains what happens to information you share with sudostore when you browse the site, send an order or ask a question.
What we collect
We only see what you choose to send us:
- Order enquiries — whatever you include in a WhatsApp or email message (name, contact details, what you want to order).
- Basic analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No personal data, no cookies, no tracking across sites.
We don't have accounts, logins or payment processing on this site, so there's no username, password or card data held anywhere.
How we use it
- To answer your order enquiries and questions
- To arrange delivery or collection of products
- To improve the site
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Your details are only used to fulfil your orders. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests on their infrastructure (their own privacy policy applies to how Cloudflare handles traffic data as part of their service).
Order chats happen on WhatsApp. Messenger and chat history are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, and messages stay in WhatsApp unless you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
